These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidGiggles.com ("VidGiggles," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VidGiggles.

VidGiggles is a video-discovery site that curates and displays funny, viral, and comedic content. All videos are embedded directly from YouTube – we do not host, upload, or store any video files on our own servers. Playback, availability, and removal of individual videos are controlled by YouTube and the original content creators, not by us.

2. Eligibility

VidGiggles is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of 13, please use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, consistent with YouTube's own age requirements for video playback.

3. Acceptable Use

When using VidGiggles, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the site (including scraping, automated bulk requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits);
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its database, or underlying infrastructure;
• Use the site's star-rating feature to manipulate results through automated or repetitive submissions;
• Use VidGiggles for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

All video content displayed on VidGiggles is the property of the respective YouTube creators and/or YouTube (Google LLC), and is displayed here solely via YouTube's standard embed functionality under YouTube's own Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership of any embedded video, thumbnail, or title. Video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails are pulled from YouTube's public API and belong to their respective owners.

All other content on VidGiggles – including the site design, layout, logo, and original text – is owned by VidGiggles / the Mateable.com family of sites and may not be copied or reused without permission.

If you believe a video embedded on VidGiggles infringes your copyright, the most effective path is to submit a takedown request directly to YouTube, since VidGiggles does not control hosting of the underlying file. You are also welcome to contact us at legal@vidgiggles.com and we will remove the embed from our site.

5. Advertising

VidGiggles is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads may appear alongside or between content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

6. Disclaimers

VidGiggles is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video will remain available, since availability depends on YouTube and the original uploader.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidGiggles and the Mateable.com family of sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this site or any content accessed through it.

8. Third-Party Links

VidGiggles may contain links to third-party sites, including YouTube and other Mateable.com properties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms
