VidGiggles.com ("VidGiggles," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use VidGiggles, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

VidGiggles does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to submit your name, email address, or other personal contact details to browse or watch videos. We do collect a small amount of information automatically:

IP address – used to prevent duplicate star ratings on the same video from the same visitor, and for basic security/abuse prevention.
Standard server logs – such as browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited, collected automatically by our web server, as is standard practice for virtually all websites.
Cookies set by third-party services – see "Advertising & Cookies" below.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other traffic-analytics tracker on this site.

2. Advertising & Cookies

VidGiggles is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how ads are shown but will not prevent you from watching videos on VidGiggles.

3. Embedded YouTube Videos

Every video on VidGiggles is embedded directly from YouTube – we do not host, store, or re-upload any video files ourselves. When you play a video, YouTube (Google LLC) may collect information about that interaction in accordance with its own privacy practices, which are outside of our control. 4. Children's Privacy

VidGiggles is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because videos are embedded from YouTube, YouTube's own age-related controls and policies also apply to video playback. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

5. Data Retention

IP addresses collected for rating deduplication and server logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, after which they are periodically purged or overwritten in the normal course of server operation.

6. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites (including YouTube and our family site Mateable.com). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of VidGiggles after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
